Speaker Static when HTML Content Displays

I have started to get static from my PC speakers when I open something that displays HTML content, such as IE pages, Firefox pages and even Microsoft Outlook e-mail that has HTML content. It sounds similar to when your cell phone is near your PC and only lasts while the page is loading. I tried re-booting and the problem seemed solved for a short period of time, but came back pretty quickly. I do not have any new devices near my PC and the only device that transmits/receives anything is my wireless router, but that has been here for a while. Any ideas?

try moving your speakers further away from the computer if possible to see if the interference is actually coming form the computer or something else.
