I don't know if this is where this should go, so an admin can feel free to move it if necessary.

I have a course developed using Adobe Presenter that I'm delivering from a Learning Management System. It works fine everywhere except one location. At that location, it just hangs on the preloader screen for any standard Windows user. If an Admin signs in and launches it, however, it works fine. Moreover, it subsequently works fine for every other user on that machine. The admin doesn't update anything, just launches the course like anyone else.

Since Presenter creates Flash output, and thus that's what is delivered to the user, I gotta think there's something going on where Flash is being denied something at the User level that is not being denied at the Admin level. I haven't been able to get anything out of the Adobe Forums.

Anyone have any ideas of what to start looking at?
