    Outlook ribbon changes with account

    I have two email accounts and, in one of them, the Categories box/icon is grayed out. How can that happen, and how do I keep the same ribbon layout for all accounts?
    Win 7, Office 2010.

    Are the two accounts the same type - POP, IMAP, Exchange, etc?

    Are you looking at the same folder - on the Inbox will have Categories enabled?
