: Attention - Flash Player 11.3 Problems and Solutions
First, we apologize for any problems that you may be encountering with the latest version of Flash Player 11.3. We are working around the clock to resolve these issues and I'll update this thread as soon as I have information to share.
Please see below for known problems and workaround's if your system is affected:
Windows Firefox Users
Problem: Flash content does not appear on a web page or an error appears when trying to play videos.
Solution: This is most likely caused by a conflict with RealPlayer. Please see this video
for steps to work around this problem.
Problem: Firefox or Flash Player crash when viewing web pages, Flash video and games.
Solution: Please update to Flash Player 11.3.300.262
. More details can be found in the announcement post.
Problem: Audio does not play, sound is distorted, or only selected audio channels work (eg. stereo output when it should be surround sound).
Solution: Please revert back to either Flash Player 11.2 or Flash Player 10.3
