Copy data on string name

Hello Experts !

I have a template which contains names which is static and two data sheets one is latest and other is previous . All three sheets having column B names there but random i need that code look to the template static names and and check in latest sheet if find the same name then copy data to template same for previous data sheet?

In C8 (and fill down) use: =VLOOKUP(B8,latest!B2:C39,2,FALSE)

In D8 (and fill down) use: =VLOOKUP(B8,latest!$B$2:$H$39,3,FALSE)

Then, in E8, change the "3" above to a 4, etc., etc.

Do something similar for the other lookup.
