Multi-level outline list in Word 2010

I need to create a multi-level outline that students in a college English class can use in preparation for a research paper. Everything needs to line up and text wrap as shown in the attachment. Note that the Roman numerals in the major headings need to be right aligned. The numbers need to be near the left margin; I do not want a tab to appear before the major Roman numeral.

The text also has to be Times New Roman at 12 points. I cannot seem to find a way to store the necessary settings. Was hoping to store the settings in a template so they could use this to being the outline. This needs to be an easy process so they won't have to spend time trying to figure out how to align the numbers and text and get the text to wrap properly.
    Help??

I believe I found the answer to my own question. An article located in this lounge by Shauna Kelly was great. http://www.shaunakelly.com/word/bull...s20072010.html
