Chrome doesn't have "Send link by email" like IE, but you can add a bookmark button: Google Chrome: Add a Send Link Button to the Bookmarks Bar

Thanks Bruce, but the original post has been modified and that leaves me with no clear instructions. If there's no other way I'll just do as I've been doing, viewing the article I want to forward in IE9 and use it's option. This just may cause me to revert back to changing my default browser.
