    Paste changes two columns to one

    I am using Excel to build a Word document. I load a template, copy to clip board, fill the page, page break and paste the template on the new page.

    The VBA code in Excel:

    Else 'fix up a new page
    oWApp.ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("Name").Delete
    oWApp.ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("Date").Delete
    oWApp.ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("Year").Delete
    oWApp.Selection.GoTo What:=wdGoToBookmark, Name:="\EndOfDoc"
    oWApp.Selection.InsertBreak (wdPageBreak)
    oWApp.Selection.Paste
    iTblX = iTblX + 1
    GoTo More:
    End If

    Before the paste, the Word document contains a table in two columns. After the paste the new page shows two columns, but the previous page has been changed to one column. How do I maintain the original two column format?

    The template has header/footer, a one column area, section break, two column area with table.

    I woke up with the answer to my problem. Added a section break before the page break.
