If a PPS is recieved via e/mail I have to download it before I can play it ..That is a new development,Before I could play it online.....Any Ideas would be welcome ,thanks for your attention Mojok

2012-06-29 02:57mojok, you need to provide a lot more information. What program used to play the files on line? Does Hotmail access on line docs of some kind? Do you use Google docs ? What browser do you use ? What OS - etc, etc
