Windows 7 Ultimate Shut down Error.

Well I finally was able to capture the error message. I goggled it but didn't get any results. I even googled just the error numbers. Here is the complete error message. I will try again to see if the error changes. Appreciate any help or advise this is out of my league.

I have done msconfig turned off all start up program. So far no errors when shutting down. I am adding them back one at a time and so far so good. I have one more to add and it might be the problem. I hope not. It is Malwarebytes. Thanks for all the help and I will post any problems when I start Malwarbytes up again.
