Filling a table in Word 2007 with external data.

    Hi everyone!

I'm using an Avery 5418 template, which is a really a table, to print id's for postcards. If I have to load the id's individually by typing, this will take forever. Is there a way to take the id's from an Excel file and put them in the table? Your help with this would be greatly appreciated.

If the data in Excel are laid out appropriately (eg a separate column for each row on the label - though you could have more than one column for data on the same row), you can use Word's mailmerge tools, choosing the labels option. There you'll get the choice of label stationary.
