Is this a good utilities programme to run with XP? Any advice or recommendations on its installation or operation would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,

Been running since the AV Beta release under the XP Beta builds. I have NOT had any problems. Just make sure that you do have Nortons 2001 or earlier uninstalled before installing Windows XP.
Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.
Thanks, Dave
Should I keep it running all the time in the background to monitor activities or only from time to time?
Walter
only from time to time, not all the time.
if you are having problems, then let it run in the background it to see if it can help identify the problem, but otherwise only use the utilities now and again to check your system.
I keep the AV running all the time. Then to I do NOT install "Clean Sweep", I have had just as much luck with the uninstallers that come with the app's. I do NOT install a lot of shareware or freeware.

Thanks, Dave. Is AV the antivirus programme? And you recommend not to install clean sweep?
On this subject of NU2002. I've just installed WXpHe and see that I now need to upgrade to NU2002. Anyone know if the Upgrade, rather than a new purchase of 2002, version is the upgrade to 2001 - which is what I've got?
<IMG SRC=http://www.wopr.com/w3tuserpics/StephenElms_sig.jpg> Didn't think that I made my first post here on 5th February 2001...!
I have not seen a "Upgrade" package just the the one retail box with a $20-$30 rebate.
Yes, AV is Anti Virus
