    Graphs in Win7 resource montior

My computer is slow at times and looking at the Disk graph in the Resource Monitor, the Green line seems to show normal disk activity but the blue line is peaked most of the time with a drop to zero occasionally. What does the blue line represent? Thanks Don

    According to http://www.itknowledge24.com/library...ce-monitor.php
    Disk

The disk tab provides a lot of information related to your disk I/O operations. The Disk graph displays the total current I/O activity in green , and the Highest Active Time percentage in blue . The I/O activity in green means the amount of data that is being transferred right now. The Highest Active Time is the percentage of time that the disk drive is not idle, but is actively serving requests.
