Outlook 2010 and junk mail filter

    Hi all

I have been searching the post to no avail. I receive junkmail from "alerts@(different name each time).co.uk" three to five times a day, all appearing to deal with something that would have me give private identity information. I've set my blocked senders list to alerts@*.co.uk, but these messages are still getting through.

Am I formatting this wrong, or does someone have a suggestion.

    Thanks for the help.

    Jeff

I don't know why that should not work; but is there not some other common element you could use to create a junk rule, like specific words in the subject or body?

Are you sure that is the email address? Did you check the internet header?
