Dropdown conditionally based on values in a table

    Dear loungers,

Simple example attached. This is what i want to so:
    1. In field 1 User selects and item - in th example a flower type.
    2. In field 2 there is a dropdown containing all the valid colours for the flower selected, these are held in a table that has the possible flower and colour combinations, so where the table has a value equal to the flowere selected in field 1 the value(s) should appear in the dropdown.

Once we have solved that I would also like to allow the sesr to do multiple selects in the dropdown. I am sure I used to have something that did this but have lost or forgotten what it was.

    Any ideas.................. thank you, liz
