    Tool Bar Pproblem

My toolbar in my Win X P is twice the height of what it should be. Can you or your other readers tell me how I can get it back down to a single size tool bar like it should be? Thank you for your help. Digger Don

Right click on it and make sure the toolbar is not locked, uncheck locked if it is.
Move the cursor to the top of the toolbar until it changes from an arrow to w double sided arrow then click and drag down until it is one row high then release.
    Right click and relock.

Note if you have the Quick Acess Toolbar active you may need to drag the dotted line next to it and move it down to the lower part of the current area, or turn it off, before doing the above.
