    Vertical Taskbar resizes on hibernation

I use a vertical taskbar at left of screen with autohide on.
Unfortunately, whenever my Windows 7 Pro Toshiba Portege goes into hibernation the Taskbar gets resized down to about 20mm wide
Is there a registry fix that could prevent this?
    Thanks.

    Hi,

My name is Deepa and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. This problem occurs only when the Auto hide set to on. This bug is present for Windows XP and Windows 7 if the taskbar is located on left/right side. With Auto hide set to off this bug has never to repeat. If the taskbar is located at the bottom, then everything works fine even with Auto hide set to on. Please try to turn off the Auto hide and if you find lock the taskbar option please try to check it. This might help you to fix the issue.

    For further help please reply.

    Thanks and Regards

    Thanks Deepa.
Sorry I missed your reply. I thought I had an automatic notification of responses turned on.
Unfortunately I need autohide on. I run the task bar at the left side because I have about 30 shortcuts in my Quick Launch toolbar.
Since it is a bug I guess I'll have to learn to live with it.
    I appreciate your informed knowledge.

    Regards
    Robin
