Control Panel doesn't give size of Adobe

    Control Panel, Add/Remove programs lists
Adobe Flash Player 10 Active X and
    Adobe Flash ll plug-in
but no size is shown. Is this
'normal'? They're the only listed programs without a listed size.

Flash Player is listed in Control Panel window.

Thank you. (I apologize if this isn't the correct board....)

    mipendance,
Hello ... I have the same as you except I'm running a more recent version ... you should "Update"... Regards Fred

    Hi, Fred!

I updated before I posted. Thanks for your image.

Wonder why no size, but since this is apparently 'normal,' not to worry.

Some of the figures for "program size" given by XP in the Control Panel Add or Remove window are widely regarded as being fanciful, indeed perhaps mythological, and bear no relation to actuality. Unfortunately there is no way of telling whether a figure is close, or wildly different, from reality.

This bug has been there since day 1 of XP, and for some obscure reason Microsoft never seems to have been bothered to fix it (or even to remove the Size column!).
