    Hidden Contacts

I'm running Outlook 2010 on a WPro7 system. I only have 1494 Contacts and some of then are not displayed. There are no filters applied. The view I'm using is Business Card. Here's the nub: If I type [the beginning of someones Surname] who I do know is in Contacts viz NAV then their Contact does not show. Then I type NAV in the Search All Contact items and the contact is displayed! Any suggestions as to what is wrong please?

    contact issue on Outlook 2010

My name is Deepa and I work for the Social Media and Community Team at Dell. I would like to suggest you to please click on the File option that is top left corner of the Outlook page and then go to help and then click on Microsoft Office Help. Please type your issue (example- canít find the contacts) and it will give you lots of answer and websites which you can refer. There are two different search bars. One where you can search emails by writing either the topic or the name of the sender and the Second one when you click on contacts tab at the bottom and on the top right corner you find a contact tab just above address book. The first one is to search emails and the second one is to search contacts. This information might help you and please refer to that help options which will definitely help you in getting your answers.

    For further help please reply.

    Thanks and Regards
