I have an end user who insists on using Word as his email editor although he is plainly frustrated with it. The main source of frustration is that when creating a new mail message, Wordmail creates a new style as the default, named from his User Information, he's using Outlook 2000, but the same thing happens on my machine running Outlook XP. The new style picks his name (and mine on my machine) based on Default Paragraph style. I have opened Email.dot in Word, but that style is not there. I have deleted the style in a blank message and it reappeared in the next message. I've looked the VB Editor to try to find the code that creates the style with no luck. How do I stop this from happening...is that possible?
Thanks in advance.
