Getting rid of #n/a in a vlookup formula ( excel 2010)

I am attaching a file which on the workig sheet has "VLOOKUP" formulas. I cannot write a formula which will yield a space instead of a #N/A. I tried If statements with ISERROR and no luck.

    Any suggestions

    For example:
    =IFERROR(VLOOKUP(B1,MASTER!$A$1:$B$12,2,FALSE)," ")
