Clearing traces of recently accessed files etc.

As I am concerned (paranoid!!) about privacy as well as security I am used to (in WIN XP) clearing the visible trace of which documents / programs / Web Sites I have recently accessed by going to

“Start / Settings / Task Bar And Start Menu / Start Menu Tab / Customize / Clear”

Does anyone know a way to do that in Win 7?

I have read 3 books on Win 7 (including Woody’s Windows 7 for Dummies) but couldn’t find anything.

    Any help gratefully accepted.

    Thank you in advance.

    Pom,

You could use CCleaner to clear User Assist History.
