Slow linked workbooks/sheets and Jini (97)

I've a client who was recently infected by X97M.Jini. This "appears" to have been cleared up, but since then a number of workbooks that contain links to other workbooks and/or worksheets are very slow to refresh the links. Could the macro virus have been a factor?

Also, is there a way to automagically discover all cells in a worksheet/workbook that contain links to others and show or list the cell references? TIA...

    Matt.
