    Using automatically sent e-mailes

I am wondering is this is possible. I want to send an e-mail to a customer as a response to activity on his account. His e-mail address is in a table in the DB and the message is a copy of his statement.

If you all think this can be done, then I will start re-searching it, and will certainly have more questions.

    gsmith,

It most certainly can be done! See this thread for a short version. There is a longer version in one of my other posts but I can't find it now.

Note: this was done in Access 2003, it is even easier with 2010!

It can absolutely be done. Lookup "Docmd.SendObject" in Help.
