    Linking to existing endnote

    Hi

I am creating a document with lots of references in it. Some of the references are to the same information.

Can I reference an existing endnote?
    cheers

Try: Insert|Cross Reference > Reference type: End note > Reference to: End note number (formatted).

I'd have thought that's all you'd want (Word's design end-use for endnotes is for printed documents, after all). If you click on the inserted cross-reference, it takes you to the actual endnote reference where you can view the endnote.
