    Short-cut / hot keys (Windows 98)

I downloaded O2kkeys.exe (supposed to install an Excel file showing all the short-cut keys) from http://office.microsoft.com/Downloads/2000/O2kkeys.aspx, but when I tried to install it I got the message "The cluster size in this system is not supported". Does anyone else get the same message? Does anyone know what it means?

This message means that your partition where the Office is installed (I presume C: partition) has errors. Run Scandisk and check Thorough option (unfortunately, it'll take a time - be patient).
Another cause, your drive was formatted in FAT16 and somehow has unappropriate cluster size. Try to convert it to FAT32 (Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools | Drive Converter (FAT32) ).
That download can be expanded on FAT16, FAT32 and NTFS partitions - maybe it was corrupted itself. Download it once again - it's only 92 KB, it shouldn't take a long time.
