    Click on the link Drew provided, then click on the Windows 8 Application Store link in the article. It then popped up for me.

    The App really doesn't do much for me but to each his own.

    Alex,

    > Store, scroll over, it's a big yellow item in the Entertainment group, says Fresh Paint on it.

    No, in my PC it doesn't! Plus I've tried accessing the store from other directions without success.

    Just try Windows + Q inside the store and type fresh paint in the search box. It maybe a region thing, I have found I can't "see" some of the apps that I know are in the store.

    Which version of Windows 8 are you using, DP, CP, RP, or Enterprise Evaluation? I just checked Windows 8 Enterprise Evaluation, and It was there.

    It's not about Windows versions. It may be about markets (countries). Some apps will only be available for some countries.

    I saw a suggestion to turn off both "Make it easier" options in the store. Sorry, I'm not in front of a Win8 machine right now to be more specific than that.

    The make it easier option can be found by opening the charms bar while in the Store app and selecting Settings then preferences. I believe "make it easier" is off by default though.

    For this you need to bring the Charms, while using the Store app, and then choose Settings, then Preferences. The top make it easier choice was on by default.

    P.S.: Ok, one for Jerry .

    Alex, try this & see if you can get any satisfactory result. This is the actual MS Fresh Paint APP web site.

    I'm using Windows 8 Release Preview. I tried the link, which in turn sends you to the Store. Once there I can not find a link to Fresh Paint, nor does a search find it. In fact the reply is no such app found. Incidentally, apologies for the lack of gaps in this reply, for some reason return won't give me a new line. Alex

    Dunno what to say, Alex. From what I can see it IS available to the UK so, hard to explain why you are not finding it, sorry.

    Just to clarify what I get I thought I'd just post related screenshots in the hope they help

    This is the App page I start from;

    After I click on 'View in Windows Store' I get this;

    There's no sign of Fresh Paint, evenif I scroll along to Entertainment.

    And this is the result when search for it;
    In the light of everyones comments I am stuck for what to do next!

    Thanks to all for the suggestions.
