    AVG warning for SelfRestraint beta

Knowing my limitations, I generally stay away from anything in beta. However, when I read about Parker Kuivila's SelfRestraint, it sounded like something I could really use. I waited a while, but finally gave it a try. AVG lit up, flagging it as containing a Trojan virus.
Can any of you experts shed some light on this?

I think that's due to what it does and the way it works, interrupting your access to web sites. If you want to use it, add an exception in AVG so that its functions can be ignored.

AVG is trying to protect you from inadvertently installing a program which restricts your activities.
