    Google Homepage Popup Ad

I use Win7 with Firefox 15 set to open on the Google home page.

Google has put an annoying popup ad for its Nexus 7 on its home page. Is there a way to kill it - perhaps a special filter for AdBlock Pro? I'm hesitant to just add a filter in the standard way, since it could block the entire home page.

I believe Ad Block Plus is available for FF. Search for this extension.

Sorry, I mistyped. I'm already using Ad Block Plus. When I right-click on the ad, the option appears to be to block the entire Google home page rather than just the ad. Do you know whether this is so?

Sorry, don't know, I do not generally use FF.
