    Changing a phrase the is all lower caps to initial caps

    Is there any way to do this?Thanks.

    Highlight the phrase and keep hitting Shift F3 until it's initial caps.

    In my case I have Word 2000 but explore the same idea for your yourself
    1st method: Highlight the text, Press Shift + F3 to toggle to what you want
    2nd method: Highlight the text, go to the menu bar and seclect Format, choose Change Case and select Title Case
