Exclamation Shockwave Flash Object file preventing print function

Win XP - Print stopped working when client tried to print from a YouTube Video(!) Tried clearing print spooler using this method:

    Control Panel>Admin Tools>Services
Scroll down to Print Spooler, right click, and stop
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS
Delete all files in this folder
Return to Print Spooler Service and start

Two files keep reappearing: Shockwave Flash Object & SHD File
I've tried everything to get rid of these 2 files in the \spool\PRINTERS folder. Deleted (more than once); emptied recycle bin; restarted computer; checked folder -- files are gone -- and then as soon as I try to print they reappear.

    HELP!

First I'd try uninstalling and reinstalling Shockwave. If the problem still persists you might try reading the SHD file to see where the job is coming from.

SHD files provide information about which printer the print job was sent to and from whom the print job came. An SHD file is a "shadow" file that keeps track of what logical printer a (same number) xxxxx.spl file goes to and other information. These files are usually deleted unless the logical printer settings state otherwise.

Try stopping the print spooler service before you delete the files from \spool\printers\ then restart it. I had a similar problem a few weeks a go and that worked for me.
