    Screensaver without Profile

I have a Dell Dimension desktop running XP SP3. I have 2 profiles on it: one for myself, and one for my wife. Neither are secured with a password.
Something that has always puzzled me, is that only in my profile does the assigned screensaver work.
There is a screensaver that flashes XP Windows around (randomly) when no profile is selected, but I would
like to be able to assign another screensaver (a picture) to the screen.
    Can anybody tell me how?

If you are running XP Pro, this can be done via the Group Policy editor.

I believe it can also be done by updating the registry. The link below gives instructions for Win 7, and I believe XP is similar if not identical, but I don't have a suitable XP system at this location to try it, so can't say for sure.

Win 7 instructions (via GPO and Regedit):

I am running XP Home Edition and cannot find what you are referring to. I did manage to find my way to Group Policy under system32, but it led me to files (.adm) that I am unsure of how to open. I do have all administrator privileges.
