Marking Index Entries Using a Concordance File

    Hi Y'all,

I'm having a problem with marking index entries using a concordance file. The problem is that not all occurrences of the indexed words are being marked. Here's a sample:

Why would it mark the item at the top and not the second one (both in Yellow). This is happening a lot in the file. Any Ideas?

It looks to me as though the first instance has a space after GetDimensions and the second doesn't. If I am reading this correctly, that might be the difference.

Also, is there some indexing setting that marks only the first instance on a page? I'd bet against that as pages in Word are a sometime thing, but it could happen.
