Cool Clean install of win 8

Is it possible to do a clean install of the new win8 pro using the upgrade disk now available?

All typing errors are my own work and subject to patents pending. Except errors by the spell checker. And that has its own patients.

What about a Clean install on an empty Hard drive with no OS installed?
As the only disk available to buy that I can find is upgrade disk can't find a retail full version one.

You have to be replacing a qualifying OS to use the Upgrade media. You would have to buy the Full Install, OEM version to install on a new HD unless you have an OS lying around that is not being used you can install on the HD first.
