Highlight Cell if Row is empty [SOLVED]

    Hi guys,

I've seen a few posts with this problem but none of them seem to work out for me.
I have a list of documents down the left side (A is the number of each document, B is the document name) and following that are the years they were last covered (2005-2013(C-K)). I was just wondering if, say, they weren't covered in the last four years (ie H I J K) it were possible for the corresponding cell in column L to highlight (if easier, even the entire row).
    For example:

Hope that makes sense, thanks so much!
(P.S If possible, I'd love just to use Conditional Formatting)
    Regards,

    Ashton

    Ashton,

Welcome to the Lounge as a new poster!

Setup your conditional format for L2 as shown below.
    ConditionalFmt.PNG
Then Copy it down the column.

Note: This was done in Excel 2003 in Win 8 Pro but should work the same in Excel 2010.
