    Nexus 10

Just needing some help in what your preferences would be regarding the new Nexus 10 and the Chromebook. In addition to the $150 savings, the Chromebook would seem to more useful for other things besides surfing, facebook, emailing and such. I would like get one or the other for the wife for Christmas. She would use it mainly for surfing but the keyboard would nice instead of screen typing. Anyone had time with the Chromebook? Just looking for some constructive thoughts. Thanks

None here but I've heard from more authoritative sources that you basically live in a browser with the Chromebook....seems to me just the opposite of what you're saying, the Nexus 10 should be much more like the iPad 3 with lots of apps and very high resolution.

A laptop might be worth considering. The tablet lacks a keyboard, a Chromebook lacks local storage, but a laptop has both.
There's some information about Chromebooks here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chromebook
