    Interceptor Location Cox

I use cox as my ISP. Lately, more and more often, after I've logged in to the cox.net or cox.com site to check email or pay the cable bill and then go to another page within the site, I get redirected to an unsecure page where I have to enter my zip code before I can continue.
This is extremely irritating as well as appearing to be a security issue.
Has anyone else been bothered enough by this to find a solution ?
I am using XP pro SP3 and Firefox v 16.0.1 with addblock plus 2.1.2, better privacy 1.68, no redirect 1.3.2.13.
My cable modem does not support IPv6
I've tried allowing cookies and location in about: permissions.

    Thanks
    Dave

Have you contacted your ISP? This almost sounds like a problem on their end of things.

No, I tried that about all the paper spam they send to my snail-mail-box. They started sending twice as much.
