    Balloon keeps popping up

I have Windows 7 Pro. I downloaded Windows 8 install program. Although I also ordered the DVD, I thought I would burn the WebSetUp subdirectory on a DVD, just in case. I did so using the Windows popup menu. All went well. But, since then, when I start up, this balloon shows up at the lower right telling me I have files to burn. I've tried several ways to stop it, but it keeps notifying me. I went to the notification menu but did not see anything connected with it. Any suggestions. My file manager is xplorer2 Pro x64.

You have to actually burn the ISO file to DVD to make the DVD bootable. Right Click the ISO file and choose Burn Disk Image. I have no idea about this WebSetup stuff.
