Guidance required for reinstall of XP & Acer Software on Acer Travelmate

I have an ACER Travelmate 5720 laptop which has become very slow & clattered over the years.
I would like to reinstall XP & clean the HD to get everything back to original.
I do have disks for my applications & our works XP with volume license.
I do NOT have any of the Acer programs disks (not supplied) (i.e. Crystal eye, Gridvista, Empowering tech, etc..) which I would require to get those functions.

    What is my best solution?

    Thanks

First, backup all your data. Then, you can find the instructions to do a factory restore here:

You will have to do a lot of Windows updates in addition to reinstalling your programs however.

Look on eBay for an XP disk that has Service Pack 3, then go to the Acer site and download all the software and drivers that came with your machine.
When contemplating a clean install, ALWAYS plan for it by getting everything ready up front.
Once you have everything you need, follow this guide by TweakHound.
    DRIVE IMAGING
Invest a little time and energy in a well thought out BACKUP regimen and you will have minimal down time, and headache.

Build your own system; get everything you want and nothing you don't.
