    System Administrator

I tried to open the Desktop Gadgets in Win 7 and received a box stating: "Desktop Gadgets are managed by your System Administrator" This is my home desktop, and I have never knowingly belonged to a network. In control panel User Accounts, I am listed as Administrator for this computer. How do I eliminate this control by an unknown System Administrator?
