Sounds like their order system may be a little wonky, but just on an odd chance have you verified your address with USPS? The street address for my office is given as Youngstown, but technically the building is in a different town (the street we are on is the boundary line), though our mail still arrives... Perhaps Microsoft is not so forgiving in their city/zip combinations?

I think the simplest solution, if you have a home and office location, would be to try to have the CD delivered to your alternate location.

does one main post office service several small towns in the area? Around here the locals refer to towns by their name, but the PO has everything lumped together under the larger city. When i place mail orders i have to use the city name where the main post office is located.

    The <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.usps.com/ncsc/lookups/lookup_zip+4.html>U.S. Postal Service Zip+4 lookup</A> might help.
