    Calendar anomoly

I originally set my MSFT accounts up while living in the PNW, hence Pacific Time Zone. I have since moved to Arizona, and am now on Arizona Time.
Even though I have my Outlook and my computer set to Arizona time, Outlook sometimes goes back to Pacific time when I set appointments, so I've become accustomed to checking that. The major problem that I am having, is that appointments set in Outlook for 08:00 for example show up in the Hotmail calendar, at 07:00. The appointments from Outlook show up on my Windows Phone 7 however correctly.
When I set an appointment in my Hotmail calendar at say 08:00, it shows up on my phone at 09:00.
WTH is going on here, and how can I remedy this?
I don't think that this information is relevant, but I should mention that I no longer use the primary phone and or email account or Hotmail calendar as the default. They are however still in use.

    Thanks
    John

Did you configure the Hotmail account for the new time zone?
