    Printer Not Recognized

    Hello,

    I have a client who is running windows 7 (32bit) with Office 2010 off of a terminal server. For some reason when she tries to print out an email the printer is greyed out when in Memo Style but not in table mode. The printer works for other applications and software so the issue is not with the printer but with Outlook. Any ideas?

    Does the printer work when running locally but not when using an app from the terminal server?

    Is the printer different from the client's default printer? This was a problem with Outlook 2003 and may have carried over to Outlook 2010. Look at:

    Yes, it is just in the remoted Outlook

    No, It is a networked default printer
