windows 7 professional not sharing with windows home premium

I have two systems, DT and LT, the former being win7 pro and the latter home premium, both 64 bit. Each computer can "see" the other, but only the pro can access shared files/drive. I have tried setting up with homegroup and not a homegroup and can't get either to work. Can someone lend a hand? Thanks.

Did you try opening Windows Explorer, right clicking on a folder you want to share, click on Share with, and select homegroups read write?

I did when I was trying to get home group to work.

I entered another thread here (http://windowssecrets.com/forums/sho...w-file-sharing) after a search on my problem. I've got more details there about my setup.

    Thanks.
