Extending a logical drive by using un allocated space.

How do I add additional space to the logical drive (H) (140.38 GB) from the 48.38 GB of unallocated space?
    See attachment.
When I right click on the "User Data Files (H)" the Extend Volume is greyed out.

To do that you will need to use a 3rd party partitioning app such as Partition Wizard. The Windows Disk Manager is not able to extend to a partition ahead of the desired space.

With Partition Wizard you would simply choose to resize, then grab the left border of the H partition and drag it to the left border of the unallocated space. The app will need to reboot Windows to make this change as all data in H will need to be moved to the front of the now larger partition.

My example shows increasing space to the right. The same would apply to the left.
