Recently started a new job. We synced my company's Outlook 2110 with my Gmail account so that I could view my emails on my smartphone. A few days after the sync when I would receive an email in Outlook and drag it to a folder that I had created under my Inbox it would disappear from that folder. It would be in the Gmail folder of the same name, but not in the Outlook folder.

Open to suggestions on how to keep the file in the Outlook folder.
