Intermittant brief buzz when streaming video
My Dell Inspiron 620 has no "buzz" when I use Windows Media Player or play DVDs. It only happens when I am listening to a video on line. It is a brief 1-2 second harsh sound.

Sounds like it's your GPU card & fan working a tad bit harder with the one video over the other.
Try running a "burn in" test with something like 3DMark and see if it's reproducible that way.
Otherwise it could be your CPU or Northbridge fan if all you have is a built in Intel GPU solution.
Either way, it sounds like a fan somewhere is having a difficult time keeping up.
You'll have to try and look and localize where it is coming from.

Invest a little time and energy in a well thought out BACKUP regimen and you will have minimal down time, and headache.
Build your own system; get everything you want and nothing you don't.
