Share or Sync Thunderbird address book between desktop and laptop.

Can I share (or sync) a Thunderbird (17.0.2) address book between a desktop and laptop computer via Dropbox (or some other method) while keeping the profiles separate?
If it's possible how do I do it?

There is probably a more elegant way to do this but you could try exporting the contacts from the desktop (Address Book; Tools; Export) and importing them into the address book on the laptop. Save the exported file to Dropbox and access it from the laptop.

Hi rde99, why not use Thunderbird Portable from a USB thumb drive, not that I recommend TBird, Windows Live Mail does it better.
