Yes I did the Verify image switch Macrium said everything was good. I have such a small amount of data on my HD time wasn't a problem. Besides if you want something done right sometimes slower is better. Yes to do a restore just to check is drastic. Better now than later..........I guess. I will try your way and see what happens. What do you mean by mount the image as drive. Will I see that option if I fire up Macrium?

Ok I will start a new thread for my questions, after I check to see that I did indeed image the HD.

    Thanks again for your help...............Glenda

    Glenda,

It's on the Restore Tab - Explore Image.
    Explore Image.JPG
Don't forget to use the Detach Image option when you are done to make sure you don't mess the Image up.

Ok I did the Macrium and did the explore image. Looks like everything is there, I also checked out my personal files and they are there also with their data in them so I am going to assume that everything is fine until I find out otherwise!!! And when I was done I used the "Detached Image" option.
So this is done for this backup.

Now I will start new thread because I have questions about what is on my Hard Drive.

    Thanks again................Glenda
