    don't take this the wrong way but,

    since you don't (seem) all that computer savvy, i would suggest going to
    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/ and sign up so you can post in their forum, do exactly as they instruct you and ONLY WHEN they instruct you to, (don't go to the downloads and d/load combo fix and run it on your own) when you follow their instructions, their success rate is outstanding.

    that is how i found the problems existed

    so far the programs i used to scrub the pc got the files deleted

    always use spyware blaster

    still need to try spyware search and destroy (or similar name) again

    ran several malware deleters that seemed to work
    cc cleaner is a good suggestion to finish up with

    been there done that

    some of the scumware infects a legit program to slip its data out unnoticed
    but that does help with a lot of the baddies
